4. When the inside of the jar is completely dry, use a damp paper towel to clean up any Mod Podge that ended up on the outside of the mouth of the jar. Take the jar outdoors and place it mouth down on some cardboard, preferably atop a milk crate or something else to lift it off the ground. This will make it easier to get an even coat of paint. Spray the jar evenly with “frosted glass” spray paint and let it dry. Assess the level of “matte” or “frost” and if you want more, apply another coat. To get an even application and avoid drippy paint, spray slowly but don’t linger too long in one spot. Let the jar dry, and then arrange it in a tableau with some sea glass and driftwood for a soothing scene.
